an internal team of trained Technical Support Representatives to field
installation and technical questions from end users. Included inside
each MSE Brand toner box is a brochure with a toll-free number and
warranty information.
January 3, 2007 - Micro Solutions Enterprises leads the industry in toner
quality and proves once again that they lead in innovation by extending
the warranties on all imaging products and raising the bar on value-added
services. All MSE products with a production date of January 1, 2007 or
later have a full, two-year warranty beginning the date of manufacture. Additionally, all MSE Brand toner
cartridges are covered for an extra year, bringing them up to a full, three-year warranty from the date
of manufacture!!!
